I just recently started using a sleep mask every night when I sleep. I thought to myself, "I don't need a sleep mask, I sleep just fine!" And then I tried one just for the heck of it. I soon discovered that with the sleep mask I was sleeping SO much better. Sleep masks are great because they keep your eyes closed and don't allow a lot of light to get int, making for a better sleeping environment. My masks are made from a light weight fabric and are backed by a deliciously soft minky for a comfy, restful sleep. This design is great for a teen birthday gift or giving out as a party favor at a slumber party!
