Here is a Green Starfish Bracelet Cuff.

I made this from a beautiful red and green exotic ribbon. The focal point is a lightweight metal green starfish bead sitting on top of 3 felt flowers. The end button is multicolor flowers and the loop is red velvet.

(The bracelet fits snugly. The wooden hand's wrist is small.) The bracelet measures 6-3/4" x 7/8" (band width)
