Tea cosy,lilac, rose, grey, pink, purple with flowers and flower pompom This one is a functional cozy to keep your teapot (and therefore your tea) warm longer - great for taking outside. I handknitted it from a wonderful novelty yarn - acrylic, with a touch of wool. It is in several tasteful shades of pink, purple and grey. This yarn is great fun - it produces random scattered flowers above the thick, cosy fabric. The lower edge has a band of purple wool ribbing and the cozy is finished with a neat floral pompom. Tea cosy measures 7 inches by 8 inches when flat - and it is stretchy. My pictures show it on a standard medium sized pot.
