Product Description:

100grams of amazing hand-dyed pure banana laceweight knitting yarn in the pastel Fiesta colourway, hand-dyed by me in Cornwall, England.

Also known as vegan silk, this new natural fiber yarn is made from the bark of the banana tree. It is soft and lightweight with a beautiful sheen and drape, making it ideal for next-to-skin summer garments.
This fine yarn has amazing yardage providing great value for money; knit a UK size 10 tunic from just 1 skein of this yarn! Knit as 4ply for a lacy look.

- Weight: approx. 100gram (price is per skein)
- Yarn: 100% banana silk
- Type: laceweight
- Length: approx. 915 metres ~ 1000yards
- Recommended needle size: 2-3mm
- Care: Cool gentle handwash and dry naturally, do not soak. Note there will be some colour run when washing as this is a plant fiber - just like your cotton denim jeans.
