These look complicated, but Danes know the secret to weaving these heart baskets together! My daughters learned how to make these from their Grandma. When one of my daughters suffered a cardiac arrest (from a virus) in 2007, her brain was without oxygen for 17 minutes so she had a lot of brain damage and memory issues. But for some reason, she remembered how to weave these together! I cut the paper out and she weaves them, then I finish them. It gives her something to do during the day as she is totally disabled, and she gets to use the money she makes to go to movies. We love making these and are so happy to be able to share them with others. And we have some all ready for Valentines Day on my Etsy shop. (Chocolate and note not included)
