Product Description:
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.A new design for the summer as I was in the mood to make something very bright and cheerful. This Dahlia wlll fill your home with light.
The flower has 12 petals, all slightly different shapes. They are in 2 shades each of red, purple and turquoise.
In the centre is a bright dichroic glass nugget which has copper and red tones and gold markings on the face. I fused this specially in my kiln.
I've used lots of different textures of glass in the petals so it has movement as well as colour and when the sun shines on it, it will cast wonderful light across the room.
A silver coloured little chain is securely attached by solder to the top of the Flower with a little ring to hang it.
