Equine faux feather extensions are an excellent alternative to wearing organic feathers in your horse's mane. They add a bright touch of color to your horse's ensemble.These colorful extensions come in 7 neon bright colors - (in left to right order as shown in the first photo) orange, turquoise, lime green, yellow, purple, pink, and red.
The "feathers" are comprised of individual polyester fibers. These extensions are colorfast and can withstand temperatures up to 300° Fahrenheit.
Each "feather" is 1 1/4- inches wide and 19 1/2-inches long -- and can be cut to desired length or tapered. They are fairly sturdy, can be hand-washed, and can be combed into your horse's hair.
The "feather" mane ornament adds a swatch of color, that could coordinate with the rider's outfit or horse's tack.
