Product Description:
This is a stained glass suncatcher handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.A budgerigar, a new design for my Folksy shop but I have made a couple previously as private commissions.
The suncatcher is in the form of a ring containing a budgerigar in lovely shades of turquoise with green tones. The bird is perched on a branch with green leaves against a pale blue sky..
Most of the glass I've used for the budgie is iridescent so has added shimmer and I've used textured green glass for the leaves for a pretty effect.
I've framed the ring with twisted wire for strength and neatness.
