Product Description:

I've used beautiful Japanese kimono fabric with a black background, accented with red floral pattern to make this cocktail hat. I've covered a 4" or 10cm fascinator base.
Hat is decorated with vintage velvet leaves and cherries, a beautiful feather bird, millinery flowers, topped off with a birdcage veil
This item is made to order, taking a couple of days.

Hat is fully lined and fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
